Use this page to request deletion of your Wix Products account if you cannot do it in the app. This is the web account-deletion URL for App Store and Play Store listings.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Wix Products app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
That removes the account from this device immediately after confirmation.
2. Request deletion on the web
If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form below. We verify the phone number and delete the account within 14 days. You can also email info@wixproducts.com with the phone number on the account.
3. What we delete
- Account and linked phone numbers
- Saved delivery addresses
- Favourites and in-app profile data
- Device session credentials tied to the account
- Order history associated with the account (see retention note below)
4. What we may keep
We may retain limited transaction records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, for as long as Tanzanian law requires. Those records are restricted to that purpose and are not used for marketing.
5. Timeline
- In-app deletion: processed when you confirm in Profile → Delete Account.
- Web / email request: completed within 14 days after we verify the phone number.
